How is payment handled?

We request a 50% downpayment to reserve time on the calendar.  This can be submitted via PayPal to "swirlcalligraphy@gmail.com" or as a personal check made out to "Swirl Calligraphy".  The remainder is due upon completion of your project, before the project is handed off or mailed back to you.

 

I'm nervous about working by mail with an out-of-town calligrapher.  

This is understandable! We know that your envelopes are expensive and your event is time sensitive.    

We will handle and pack your items with the utmost care and ship them in a timely fashion.

In 9 years for operation, we have never lost a package. 

 

In addition to a digital proof, we can mail you a hard-copy sample upon request. 

Items are always mailed via a reliable, trackable method.

We are available to consult with you any time.  Count on prompt communication by phone or email.

 

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Because our items are not mass produced, we can not offer discounts for bulk work. 

 

Will you also stuff and stamp my envelopes?

Stuffing and stamping is customarily not included.  However, we are happy to provide this service for you at a 10%  surcharge.
